ABOUT RYAN ADAIR

Ryan is a Brand Ambassador for Beefeater Gin. Living in London, although originally from Belfast, Northern Ireland, Ryan has over 10 years experience of hosting and educating global clients on a daily basis.

He is also assisting the global & domestic marketing and digital teams with activations, social content projects, drinks strategies, etc. Previous to this, he has 5 years of bar experience through all levels of hospitality, including world-renowned cocktail bars.

In 2016, Ryan was a finalist in the Absolut 13th Classic Cocktail Competition, hosted at The Exhibit in Balham.

FAVOURITE GIN COCKTAIL

London Calling. A gin-based sour first created in 2002 by Chris Jepson at Milk & Honey bar in London.

MY FAVOURITE GIN COCKTAIL RECIPE

London Calling Ingredients include;

• 50ml Beefeater Dry
• 10ml Fino Sherry
• 15ml Lemon
• 15ml Sugar syrup (1:1)
• 2 x Dashes of Orange Bitters

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and shake hard.  Double strain into a pre-chilled coupe – garnish with a twist of Grapefruit peel, ensuring the oils are expressed across the top of the drink.
