CHAI GIN & TONIC
Why go Dry when you can go Chai? Our Chai Gin & Tonic is the perfect way to chase the cold away. After all, cold turkey is for Christmas not January.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup loose chai tea
- 6oz of Plymouth gin
- 4 oz of apple chai syrup
COFFEE, CIGARETTES, GIN & TONIC
Coffee and Cigarettes is a winter warmer of a tipple, adding coffee liqueur to the mix
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 ounces of Malfy gin
- 1 ounce of coffee liqueur
- 5 ounces of tonic water
- Garnish: coffee beans and cocoa nibs
METHOD
- Add your gin and liqueur to a wine glass over ice
- Top with the tonic
- Stir to gently combine
- Use 4 coffee beans to garnish and add 1/4 tea spoon of cocoa nibs
HIBISCUS X PINK GIN & TONIC
Why not try the Hibiscus x Pink Gin & Tonic for a refreshing twist on a G&T?
INGREDIENTS
- 1oz Beefeater gin
- 1.5oz rose vermouth
- 1 teaspoon of dried hibiscus
- 1oz of tonic water
METHOD
- Add the gin, vermouth and hibiscus
- Stir to mix for 1-2mins
- Top with tonic water and serve
GARDEN GIN & TONIC
Gin is one of your 5 a day right? Well why not try the Garden G&T just to be safe. Loaded with strawberry, grapefruit, lemon and cucumber, its the healthy way to to get your 5 a day.
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5oz of Beefeater gin
- 0.5oz of Dolin blanc vermouth
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Tonic water
- Garnish: strawberry, grapefruit wheel, lemon wheel, cucumber slices and a lavender sprig
METHOD
- Add all ingredients bar the tonic to a goblet glass
- Then fill with ice
- Top with tonic and add garnishes
